About Claude Loan

Claude Loan is an information website about U.S. mortgages, published by Tech-Bharat. Its job is to make the rules legible: which programs exist in your state, what a loan actually costs, how fast a foreclosure moves, and what the public sources say — without a sales pitch behind the page.

What we are

A publisher. We write and maintain guides, state-by-state pages and editorial reviews built from public sources: the CFPB, HUD and FHA, the FHFA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, the VA and USDA, the Federal Reserve, the FTC, state statutes and state housing finance agencies. Where figures vary by county or change with funding, we say so and point you to the agency.

What we are not

We are not a lender, a mortgage broker, a loan originator, a servicer, a law firm, a credit counselor, a HUD-approved housing counselor or a financial advisor, and we hold no NMLS license. We do not take applications, quote rates, promise approvals or outcomes, or charge consumers for anything. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.

The 48-hour answer

Every page carries a form. Write your question — the loan, the state, the numbers, the deadline — and a person replies within 48 hours with a plain-English answer that points you to the rules, programs and next steps that apply. It is free. We use your message only to answer you; see the privacy policy. If your situation needs a licensed professional — a lawyer, a HUD counselor, a tax adviser — we will say so.
