Terms of sale

These terms apply to the printable workbooks sold on claude-loan.com. Everything else on the site (guides, state PDF guides, answers to questions) is free.

1. Who sells

The workbooks are sold by LACANGEL GROUP, SAS (French simplified joint-stock company), SIREN 995 268 018 (RCS Paris), registered office 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, represented by its president Clément Lacaille. Contact: mail@noreply.claude-loan.com. The website is published by Clem corp, Tech-Bharat brand (see the legal notice).

2. What you buy

Each workbook is digital content: a web page you can read online, print or save as a PDF, described on its sales page (contents, number of chapters, the free introduction and first chapter) before you buy. It is general information about U.S. mortgage rules. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, not a pre-approval and not an offer of credit; Claude Loan is not a lender, broker, loan originator or advisor and holds no NMLS license.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown is the total you pay: no tax, fee or delivery charge is added at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fee if your card is in another currency.

4. Order and payment

You order from the workbook's page and pay on Stripe's secure payment page (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), after accepting these terms. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed. Your bank statement shows “OG* CLAUDE LOAN”. The Stripe page may display the name of the payment account, which is shared with other sites of the same seller; the seller is LACANGEL GROUP.

5. Access

Access is immediate: after payment you are taken to your workbook page. Bookmark it; the link stays valid and shows the latest version of the workbook. If you lose it, write to us with the email address used for the payment and we will send it again. The workbook is for your personal use: you may print it and fill it in, but not copy, share, resell or publish it.

6. Right to cancel

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once access has started, if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged losing the right to cancel (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 13°; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). The box you accept on the payment page records this request.

7. Refund policy

To ask, email mail@noreply.claude-loan.com with the email address used for the payment. Refunds go back to the card used, through Stripe; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Complaints and disputes

Write first to mail@noreply.claude-loan.com: we answer every message. Consumers in the European Union may also refer a dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France (cm2c.net). These terms are governed by French law; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim before its courts.

9. Personal data

Payment is processed by Stripe; we receive your name, email address, country and the payment status, never your card details. See the privacy policy.
